Excellent for timing purposes
So, my second daughter is being prepared for her 11 plus. Shes great most subjects but her issue was time. These books are great for these. The questions are quick and punchy, and if your child knows her basics, i.e. time, timestables etc, I think it helps to increase her speed. Another thing I would add is I bought all 6 books and even from book 1 they gently introduce different topics but still recommend you time your child. They can be challenging but in a good way

Best investment for your child
Love love these books.
It helps children to think for themselves, and is a great way to educate them if you want your child to go to grammar or private school. I have 3 children the youngest is 5 and she has started the books. You would not be disappointed
