faulty manufacture
Faulty manufacture and non-existent quality control. Black wire was not crimped in the 4-pin connector, I had to cut the wires and install my own connector and wires to the pack.

Even older technology is great !!
I use my Zen Touch under Linux with the Gnomad utility and it works great - downloads to the player are very fast and easy. The interface works well but the touch pad is a bit sensitive and jumpy - It does permit changing the touch sensitivity though. Plus, I know when it comes time to replace the internal battery that it will be a lot easier than a Zen Sleek. I own a Zen Nano and Muvo player and each has its strengths plus I was familiar with Creative's quality - if you don't mind an older, slightly heavier player (a bit larger than my daughter's ipod) you'll love saving money and using this player. I wouldn't jog with it, but I know this will work out great in the car connected to the aux input on my car stereo.

Pleasantly surprised
I've ordered other plastic buckle belts in the hope that they would be functional and not cheaply made. Well, I was still hoping with this order after being disappointed by other products, but this belt surpased my expectations. The webbing is high quality as is the plastic buckle. Once you get used to the different path the belt takes through the buckle, you'll be pleased with how solidly the buckle locks onto the webbing and doesn't slip. I was planning to wear this primarily for air travel through security, but I like it so much I wear it day to day. I may even place a second order soon.
