Got the money? It's worth it.
Used by everyone from Top Gear to average Joes like me, you can't go too far wrong with one of these.
Videos are broadcast quality more or less, but the sound as you might expect isn't fantastic, what with it being in a closed plastic case. There is, however, a jack for external mics, so it may be worth investing in one of those if sound is of a big concern. If you do though, you'll need to buy a skeleton case as well, otherwise you won't be able to access it.
Mounting the camera is straightforward, and there are plenty of tutorials on Youtube if you get stuck or need some more inspiration. There are few other products that compare to this - it's used by the professionals for a reason!

Incredible camera for the money
Having used this camera alongside professional broadcast equipment I can safely say it is up to scratch, but at a fraction of the cost. A long zoom, manual zoom and manual focus and audio-in make it a brilliant camera, with fantastic image quality to top it off.
