a book that even if not providing a cure for all, makes it easier to live with Afib!
This book provides a lot of basic information in a way that is easy to read. Some US based observations (on certain drugs and tests) may not be relevant but there is enough in it to make is a useful book. Not sure if it should be called the Afib cure or something less dramatic. For me it is about taking control of my health and, if not getting off medications, understanding and reducing them. There is a big emphasis on ablation as the cure, in conjunction with healthier lifestyle. I have not yet read the whole book so this review is incomplete!

Slightly underwhelming
The writing was rather clunky: not convinced by the dialogue. I wondered if the idea had come first, and then the characters were made to fit. /for me they did not come fully to life. I felt she was less able to conjure up this post war era than the subjects she has dealt with from longer ago. But it was still a pleasant read, with some interesting ideas.

good value and I liked the variety of rings
I like the variety of rings once I got used to which one worked best for which saucepan. I have not used gas for a long time and after solid fuel cooking I did burn a few things but my own fault! I had to buy a trivet so that my cafetiere pot stood firmly on the smallest ring. Seems to be good value for money too.
