Perfect!

My Dad who's in his 90's still likes to listen to his musical cassette tapes, plus he used to correspond with his younger brother via cassette so it allows him to re-run their messages.. He's very hard of hearing but he can listen to the radio etc with ear phones so the volume doesn't interfer with others. Mum & Dad have a music system with a record player, cassette player & CD player but Mum likes this player too because it's portable & she can listen to the radio in the kitchen. Neither of them like technical gadgets so this is ideal for them, I might end up getting another so they've both got one!

Excellent

I bought this kindle as a combined gift for my Mother for her 80th birthday and she LOVES IT! I don't possess a kindle myself so I ask my brother and niece which they would suggest and both of them recommended this product. The only negative I have heard is that my Mother isn't sleeping too well ie she can't put the kindle down long enough to sleep properly at night!!
