Great product, built like a tank.

Good Keyboard, easily removable and has a bright backlight. A little flex in the middle but doesn't interfere with use
EASILY to work on, two screws give you access to almost everything in the laptop
Adding a second hard drive takes no time at all
Fast processor still after 4 years (2011 i7 processors right when they came out)
Metal latches for laptop lid, 1080p screen
Has a port for everything
Great wireless card!
Cons:
Touchpad leaves a little to be desired, but with a laptop this size you best be using a mouse.
Hard to find backpacks to fit this form factor
Heavy, battery life, but it's a workstation (not designed for either)
Dell dropped support for any OS after windows 8.1!!! DO NOT buy and expect everything to work in Windows 10
