Brilliant battery for a Jaguar X308
The battery on my Jaguar needed replacing and I wanted to put something good in it, so I picked the Bosch S5A13. Works perfectly. Took it for a short drive after I fitted it, and everything works fine. Car fired up with much more vigor than it did before as well. Fantastic price as well. I think that euro car parts wanted £500 for this battery, if I remember correctly. I managed to get it for just over £160 here, so the savings to be had are great. Next day delivery as well, so fantastic service all around. Would highly recommend if your car has a high demand for power and you want something quality.

Good, but not perfect.
This Cassette adapter is ok. I’ve heard many things about these products. A lot of people can’t even get them to work in the first place, but that wasn’t the case for me. I own a Jaguar X308. The sound system on this car is of fair quality and I don’t feel that the adapter takes full advantage of it. What I mean, is that it sounds quite grainy and it crackles like fresh pork rinds whenever I use the adapter, which is a great shame. It’s not terrible, to the point where you can barely make out what the words of the song are, but it is definitely present and noticeable. However, I must acknowledge that this is a very cheap alternative to replacing the stereo itself and it’s good if you wish to keep the retro look of your treasured vehicle, which is what I wanted. I’m also just happy that there is an option for me to play my own music from my phone in the first place. It does the job for me, but if sound really matters to you and you want crisp and clear notes, then I don’t think I can recommend this product to you. I would advise you to explore different options. If you look at reviews on other adapters, they all seem to share the same problems, in general, like the one I’ve just pointed out. You get what you pay for, at the end of the day and these adapters go for very little money. If you want a cheap way to play music from your phone without too much emphasis on sound quality, then I can say that this product may be for you. I had no trouble with getting it to work and I haven’t had any problems to date. I hope this helps you in making a decision.

Fantastic stuff. Did my Whole XJR with it.
Really good product. Did the whole underside of my 1995 Jaguar XJR with two coats of metalmorphosis along with two coats of underseal. You can imagine how long this took, as it isn’t exactly a small car. Anyway, this product dries really quickly on those hot summer days, so you won’t have to wait around for too long if you’re going to put more than one coat on. Reacts really well to rust on a visual level, as it goes from blue to a purple hue (sometimes) and eventually drying to black. Stubborn areas definitely need two coats or more. Also, if you’re a bit like me and are rather heavy handed with the application and plan on treating a large vehicle such as a full-size saloon car or 4x4, then I would definitely recommend buying the large 5 litre bottle. I used up about 3/4 of the bottle painting both coats and according to the description, I should’ve used a lot less, I think. I’d rather use too much than too little though! Still dried up quickly despite this as well. In terms of giving strength back to metal, I can’t offer any scientific explanation as to how effective this is. The only way I tried to test this was painting this on a rusty metal tang on my car that would bend and flex easily by hand. After application though, it definitely didn’t give as much and just felt more solid in general. Take from that what you will though as that could not stand for anything. Painting the underseal afterwards was fine. This product doesn’t interfere or make the application of your product of choice (one of the reasons I picked this converter is because you can apply whatever you want on top of it) more difficult in any way, in my case. I used a combination of a paint brush and a cheap plug-in spray gun to get the job done and it works really well for these tools. It applies nice and evenly enough, but I suppose that’s not really important for the job it’s made for. It’s a thin solution, so you shouldn’t struggle getting it on at all. Just make sure to clean your sprayer or brush out promptly, for if you allow it to dry like I did, it dries into a skin, much like PVA glue, that can clog up components of your spray gun or turn paint brushes very hard. Unfortunately, I don’t have photos of this product directly applied to the car, as I was crawling around on the street for 6 days straight and I wanted to get it done as quick as possible, so I didn’t stop to take photos. I can show you a picture that my partner took of me applying the first layer on though. You can see the small tub on the floor with this product in it and you can see the bottle to the left.
