Too early to tell
The brush has different settings of the sonic part for customer comfort.
The ultrasonic action of the brush cannot be measured quickly, I expect it to take 6 months to a year to see improvements on my plaque problems, removing plaque is a slow process.
If you do not already have a build up of plaque then this brush should prevent that build up more than brushing, flossing and rinsing.
I have only given a low score because I will not know exactly how effective it really is for another year. I will report again then.
The shipping was efficient and the brush artived at my home in Thailand as planned
