Love this machine
Sews beautifully, lots of features that other less expensive machines.
Replaced a brother for this and there is no comparison!

Cant use without controllers
The controllers don’t work even after charging. Don’t know what the problem is
I woyld gooe they replace them but wrote them the other night but haven’t heard from them!
