Every beekeeper needs a Bison Bee Barrow!
For a beekeeper:
Pro:
- Can be easily packed up and put into car to visit out-apiaries
- Provides a stable flat surface (with a simple mod, see below)
- Front and side bars support load and provide anchor points for bungees etc
- One wheel easy to manoeuvre cross country
- It will take two empty BN hives though probably only one occupied hive would be heavy enough.
Con:
- Haven't found a use for the supplied bag
- As supplied it is a chassis, as a proof of concept I have used an estate agent board to provide a flatbed. It is necessary to make cut outs to allow the front and side bars to fold. The flat surface can go all the way back to the angle of the handlebar.
