For a beginner this is essential
I always have been a fan of olympus cameras having had 2 in the past. I sold mine following the purchase of a digital camcorder and that was a mistake.
The olympus camera i got does have one or two drawbacks though.
First of all is the operating time. This can be up to ten seconds before you see the photo you just took from moment you switched the camera on. Secondly is that it does lag on loading the photos immediately after you took them which can be frustrating for those of you who want to keep the ones you want and delete those which didnt turn out right.
Now for the positive points for there are many. First up is the build quality. Being olympus it is exemplary with a simple design that is realtively fool-proof. A quick fiddle around and you will be able to grasp most functions without the need for the instruction booklet.
The optical zoom and digital zoom are as always clinical in execution and the whole camera oozes an aurora of pick up and play. If you are after somethign with a bit more of a technical spec then this is not a good camera. However if you are after one for your travels on the cheap or want a basic digital camera to get you started then this is IDEAL.
The digital camera equivalent of tetris. Just pick it up and play with it, you'll get the more advanced stuff in time just by playing with it!

Worth a punt.
The CD was bought as a budget buy for one track specifically that is mis-named (the sitar not as the CD states, the star).
Some of the tracks are more techno than hardcore, some are more gabber. The CD has some good tracks and some ropey ones (as befits the law of compilations). The main track is DOugal & TKM - the star. This track ALONE makes the cd worth buying as it takes happy hardcore in a 4/4 style (less breakbeat unlike some examples on the CD's) and puts it up to 11 with happiness. If you are a fan of happy hardcore buy this, you might surprise yourself and your latest mix.

a good buy for the true hip-hop heads as oppossed to the flash in the pans.
L.man i first picked up on a download a few years ago and i was admittedly apprehensive abotu this release becuase it was listed on another site as mixed (as in mixed by a dj not seperate tracks). On purchasing this album i was relieved to find it not the case. I was also pleased to hear two tunes i downloaded along with an album that whilst falling short of being a classic delivers a steady stream of hip-hop which unlike a lot of artists has got the real-life attitude into it. Breakign up relationships, kid custody battles, losing homes, this album has a good potential. Not commercial......maybe that is why it is actually pretty good. You know things are bad when white rappers on the underground are beating the mainstream.
