cheap and nasty
They were cheap and nasty. the handles cut mu hands and needed 'finishing off' with a sander.

Lower top part
The thumb support part is far too high and tends to 'rollover' when the hand is closed.
The inn thumb support part could do with being a little (half inch) lower as well as the metal insert sleeve being dropped about the same distance.
Hope this helps.
If you do actually bring out a new model with my recommendations incorporated then I would purchase another wrist support from you, but at the moment the support I have from you is of no use to me.

Wrongly labeled size
This is a size SMALL and the label states that it is an EXTRA LARGE size
This is a downright LIE!
