It's okay
The tool itself is fine, although the teeth on the threader ripped off pretty quickly, like I got 3 out of 4 axles done before it wasn't usable anymore. I'd probably just spend the extra money and get the indy or pig tool instead next time.

Yes they're refurbished, the one I recieved had the smallest chip on the front metal (about the size of a pin head) but with the exception of that it's completely immaculate. And at almost £100 less than retail price it's a fantastic buy.
