Apt and discriptive
Fantastic album from kneecap, funny in parts lyrics currant and on point, and even when rapping in Irish you get the jist of where the songs are leading

My Probiotics gamble
I have had numerous stomach problems for years that as I got older have became more of an irritation no pun intended . I had read a small bits on prebiotic which of o am honest just added to my confusion. I came across the product on my research and as they had good reviews and seemed to have believable claims so opted to give them a try and they have made a hell of a difference eliminating the pain I was in and standardising everything else stopping the yoyoing between constipation and the cramps and waste flowing out me .Also the bloated feeling gone .The product I cannot recommend it highly enough ir really has made my life a lot easier and improved my moods ,which my family will testers to.
