Poor Quality
Got these for our recent holiday abroad, to use on our three suitcases. I think we all know they aren't gently when loading\unloading luggage from the plane. However, the locks were of such poor quality one lock snapped on the way there. When we got to the hotel we couldn't open it, as unable to get the key in. Luckily, due to the poor quality, I was able to pull the lock open with my hands and get into the case. On the way back, guess what, the other two locks snapped in exactly the same place, so unable to get the key in. One pulled open again, but I was unable to open the 3rd. Luckily I was at home now, so got some tools out the garage and cracked it open. That would have been a real problem if that happened whilst on holiday and I had no access to tools!
