Works fine, if it will connect at all.
Absolutely could not get this to connect using the app and a non WPS router. WPS is incredibly insecure so my enterprise grade network setup simply doesn’t include it.
When following the setup, you connect to the WiFi being given out by the plug itself. This went fine, I connected to the WiFi and got an IP; I can even browse the plug’s web interface. You then launch the app and it tells you within a VERY short space of time that no plug was found. Too short a time to have scanned the IP range.
I presume the app has faults as no amount. Of resets on the plugs made a difference.
The only way I could use these was to get hold of a WPS router and configure it with the same WiFi SSID and key as my network, connect it to that and then ditch that router and let the plugs connect to mine.
