Very old school dexterity game.
For those of us with stiff old fingers Jacks is a great way to try to improve hand movement and coordination.

Thoughtful Nostalgia
The series whisks the viewer from pre-war innocence - to the extent hat the inter-war years were innocent - and catapults them through the conflict and the devastating effects on a family of living through those times.
I grew up in a world peopled by men and women who had experienced war and witnessed its horrors and wore their suffering with dignity. They were the generation who objected to Suez, kept the UK out of Vietnam and started the campaign for nuclear disarmament.
Society as a whole suffered a form of post traumatic stress and this series shows how that happened and how our innate, human moral strength allowed us to cope.
