Inappropriate sizing to maximise profit

Good product supportive staff could have made the lengths to measure rather than inaaprioate sizing To increase profit. Had to buy a nearly double the size I needed Which left a lot of wastage and cost three times as much.Would I buy the product again not with that wastage No . Product I’ll give a 4 out of five staff support and returns a five out of five legs sizes a one out of five inappropriate sizing to maximise profit seems to be the company policy.
