  Very disappointing experience. We bought a Pixel 8 pro at a a value of over £300. Waited 10 days for delivery and it never arrived. It turned out that Evri had lost the phone. Although this might not be the sellers fault who on earth would send a £300 phone via Evri who must be the worse courier company in the UK. We had to wait 14 days for a refund from Ebay and then had to purchase another phone. A complete waste of our time. If you are going to sell a £300 phone then use a decent service.

  All I can say is this a review of the courier. I've never had an issue with Evri up until this. with being one of eBay trusted couriers I've always gone with them. I've sent stuff with much greater value with them and had no issue. sorry for the inconvenience and upset with the negative review
