Works
Functional, metal adapter. I had to file the raised edges on the c-mount side down to accommodate a TV zoom because the camera body was flush to the male threads and too wide to screw into the circular recess of the adapter. Most CCTV lenses won't cause this problem.

Star Spangled Spanner (4 in this case)
Echoing what another reviewer wrote, this spanner wrench is plenty sturdy, but there is some wiggle in it. For the money, I think it's a great product, and it was indispensable for disassembling/cleaning an old telephoto lens I bought. Save the protective rubber feet that come on the sharp ends. I put them back on to unscrew the front filter ring, which didn't have slots or holes for a wrench.

Adapt it on up!
Well-made and sturdy. It attaches to my camera and fits the lens like OEM. If you've got an old OM lens that you'd like to use on your Canon M-series camera, go ahead. Buy this adapter and... adapt it on up!
