Great to add microphone channels to a mixer, or deal with low gain.
This allows me to add two extra microphone channels to the line inputs of my mixer (Zoom L-8 but would work with any mixer). Plenty of gain and battery powered, very happy with it.

Great value and very compact.
For the price these are brilliant. The small size makes them easy to pack and transport and they are high enough for most small venues. I'm using them for a pair of Laney Audiohub 4x4 powered columns, not too heavy. I would be cautious about using them for something weighty because the base is quite small so not so stable.

Very compact and well made
This is a cut above the cheap own brand stands from big retailers, and it's much smaller but still big enough for a vocal mic for most people.
It packs down to a small package and if you are using it as a stand for a lower instrument or a seated singer it's much neater and easier to deal with. I now have two of these, they are my first choice for gigs and it would be my first choice if I needed another stand.
