  The needle tool and some of the clips were missing on arrival, altough they were clearly shown in the picture and description. The company stated the price was incorrect and this is why they sent me just the 12 clips. Disgusting attitude to customer service and this goes against the trade description act of 2015.   The product was immediately dispatched, arrived when promised, was well packed and tidily presented and of good quality as described. There was a strong organic smell when I opened the packet because it had been delivered on a very hot day and was outside in my safe place, but the smell dissipated after an hour or so. I bought the felt to see if I could use it as a stuffing layer in a futon mattress I am hand making. I decided not to use it for bedding but will use it in an upholstery project.
