  The product was immediately dispatched, arrived when promised, was well packed and tidily presented and of good quality as described. There was a strong organic smell when I opened the packet because it had been delivered on a very hot day and was outside in my safe place, but the smell dissipated after an hour or so. I bought the felt to see if I could use it as a stuffing layer in a futon mattress I am hand making. I decided not to use it for bedding but will use it in an upholstery project.
