DIFFICULT TO FIGURE OUT
The directions are of little help to program this thing. All I wanted was something that would time out and turn off an appliance after, say, 2 or 3 hours. It does not seem to be able to do that. And I have yet to figure out how to program it to do anything. However, it looks like it could do the job if it could be programmed. Obviously, it has a timer because it says "timer" next to "clock". So it would probably work fine if it could be programmed. Or, maybe I got a unit that the buttons don't work right. Some of the buttons make the display do different things, but again, nothing useful.
I gave it a "yes" on good quality because it is ruggedly built. I give "no" on value because it is worthless if it cannot be programmed to do what I needed it to do. And for the same reason, a "no" on recommendation.
