Great ice pack, easy to use.

It is so easy to use, I needed this for my right arm and as I'm right handed I had trouble wrapping the fastener around my arm at first but I quickly mastered it. its great to just forget about it and i can even wear it in bed as i sleep and it doesn't move from the spot I need it on.

Bit of a waste of money

I was used to using the super strength Capsaicin cream, but it was having manufacturing problems. So as a last resort I tried this but it didn't work at all.
