Inspirational Read!
I read "Its Not About The Bike" late last year after I started having irregular heartbeats. The stress and fear of not knowing exactly what was causing my problems left me tired and depressed. I was wearing a heart monitor the day I came across his book at the library. I have always like Lance and while my issue was far different from what he went through, I read the book cover to cover. I found hope, strength and a sense of peace by the time I read the last page. With new determination, and a diagnosis of Premature Ventricular Contractions, I started medication, exercise and new diet. I feel much better now and recently referred his book to a co-worker of mine who is dealing with the possibility of cancer.

For anyone who has seen the TV episode, this book provides some additional insight with the characters and story line. Well written.
