Great for everyday use - work and exercise
1 of 1 found this helpful I did quite a bit of research into various brands and found myself comparing between Fitbit and Garmin options mainly. I chose the vivoactive HR for a few reasons - waterproof for swimming, long lasting battery life (~7-9days in my experience,) responsive touchscreen and fuss free selection of activities. I also use it as my morning alarm as the vibration wakes me up but does not affect my wife's sleep. Lastly, I've been searching for a decent replacement for my now defunct Pebble Time which I enjoyed for its smartness yet not technologically overbearing with my daily activities. The Vivoactive comes close if not better. Aesthetically, it's subjective. Some may find it rather boring with only black as the colour choice and it sits tall above the wrist as well. I personally like the design and one word that sums it up for me - trustworthy.
