  Seller sent me a defective item (bag with straps that look like they're going to snap any minute). I've sent messages on this and requested a refund, but no response at all. Looks like eBay has to step in. Really disappointing.

  Having had the perfect record selling and buying since 2002, these comments need addressing. They are completely untrue, the bag was not in any way faulty. We acceded to the request to have the item returned and refunded well within the time allowed and suggested by eBay. Having communicated this to the purchaser and before the process was completed, they posted the above. Both impolite and unnecessary - sellers beware.
