One of my favourite novels of all time!

I first read this book when it was released and on the last page I cried as I was so moved! It’s a brilliant read, which is why I’ve bought it again as my own copy has long been donated (never throw away a book).

Scary but fabulous!

I had the hardback book in the 1960s and it scared the living daylights out of my brother and sisters. I bought this paperback copy for myself and then bought a copy for my sister. I’m also going to get my brother and sister a copy each as a Christmas stocking filler.
