Let's use our theory!
I have used this product for many years and feel it's ready for an update. Some colourful pictures and less complicated wording would be gratefully received!

It hurts!
The problem for me is that the bumpy bits on the mat dig into my feet and it is most uncomfortable. I put my old ( shorter) mat on top of it to make it usable. Trouble is it's so well made it will never wear out!
