  Don’t buy from this seller as the item I purchased an exhaust fan and it did not match the description. The item not packed, labels on the same box, it was delayed and arrived damaged and faulty. It wasn’t new as described. Once reported to seller, they did not want to refund and I had to ask eBay to step in and help me as I paid good money for something which was not working. Please be aware of the items they sell. Thank you eBay for helping me in this issue.

  I strongly refute the allegation, the damage they are claiming happened during postage is not consistent with postal damage it's in the middle of the item, also if it was damaged why would they even try to fit it? I believe they damaged it on fitting then made a claim.I was trying to deal with through eBay, but then was on holiday so had no access to the internet so I could not respond within the times scales set down by eBay, I had my out of office on, which should have extended the process,
