  I purchased an item on a Wednesday and the seller waited till the next Monday to tell me they had somehow lost the item. I asked for a refund and they went no contact after that. They have not provided a refund or responded since then. I had to ask Ebay to step in as the seller has just been holding my money for as long as they can to string me along for their error/mistake. Extremely unprofessional and did not live up to their current rating in any way. Buyer Beware.

  It was exactly what I wanted, right down to the serial number of old clipper I wanted to replace. As to the stars below, shipping charges are worth it to get it, and several days time. I mean not long ago ordered something elsewhere that was I found out was directly from China although website had U.S. address. Never delivered. even though some international delivery serviced said it was. Credit card service got it cancelled, but will not order from such again.
