Indispensable for certain jobs, handy for multitudes
The Dremel is one of the most all-around useful tools to have at home. It can cut, grind, sand, smooth, buff and polish with a variety of heads. It's robust and well-made and will last for years, and the universal motor is simple to maintain. This tool will probably outlive you. You will constantly find ways to use it.

The only balls my dog will pick up.
My two Dalmatians love to play fetch, but one is very picky and turns her nose up at anything but these. The smallest size fits into the regular-size Chuck-It ball launcher.
