  Ordered on 25th Aug. Messaged seller immediately and asked if it could be sent asap as it was a gift. No response. Messaged again few days later. No response. On 31st it showed it had been dispatched. I messaged seller again, finally got a response. They said they had been away a few days (why did they not update their account to show this). In meantime I bought an alternative gift as needed it for 1st September. (It arrived on 2nd).Not going to return as can’t be bothered with the hassle.

  I was away on a family holiday (bank holiday weekend) Item was accidently relisted (my mistake), buyer bought item and asked for it to be sent straight away. Posted item the day i was back. I apologised to buyer offering a full refund and explained the circumstances. Buyer left bad feedback, I asked why the buyer never asked before purchasing the item if it could be sent for a certain date who then accused me of blaming her and threatened to report me to ebay if messaging any more says it all...
