Simple and (hopefully) effective
It certainly looks realistic (but then I'm not a wasp!) and comes with sensible instructions on assembly, and what to do if the local wasp population develops an unhealthy interest in it. Wasps are visiously territorial, and this seems like an effective method of deterring the wretcheswithout recouse to chemical warfare. It isn't wasp season yet, of course. but as soon as the first signs of spring arrive, I shall hang it in our greengage tree and see what happens. Hopefully this summer we will get to enjoy our greengage and plum crops.

Good on the whole
Sits snugly and reasonably securely on the lens - although does tend to catch on other equipment and get pulled off. But on the whole, good.

Ipod incognito ...
Neither my laptop nor desktop recognise it. The battery appears to be working, but as I can't make it connect, it is fairly useless! I don't know whether this is a problem with a Windows 10 operating system, or whether the ipod itself is at fault. My techie friend thought the problem might be the connection lead, but I have bought a new one an used that, and it makes no difference. So nul points so far, I'm afraid.
