  I am disappointed that you felt the need to give me negative feedback when I responded immediately and said that I would contact the parcel delivery service and complain. I also advised you that the money for your purchase had not even been credited to my account by Ebay yet and that when it had been paid by Ebay i could issue you a refund. I would disagree with you about being unprofessional. As far as im concerned I have been nothing but professional, polite and informative.
