Oh corks!!!
I collect lots of bottles from charity shops to put crystal chips and potions in and these corks seem to fit most of them. They are so-o-o-o useful, and so much nicer than plastic stoppers.

The essential cookbook for everyone
I bought an old edition of this book years ago and have since realised there are several very different editions, reflecting the trends in cooking over the decades, from classic British to cosmopolitan and adventurous. I am endeavouring to collect one of each edition, and I have to say our weekly menu has become a lot more varied and scrummy as I try new recipes. It is a very good basic cookbook, and I'd recommend it to anyone, from beginners to older and especially jaded cooks like myself!

Great for cheesecakes & flans
I needed more of these tins because I make lots of cheesecakes for the freezer, usually 3 at a time. They are very easy to use, and to remove the cheesecake unscathed, you just take it out of the freezer for 10 minutes, stand it on an upturned bowl, and the tin and base come off easily.. These tins are also ideal for quiches. Very pleased with them.
