Helping with Fodmap Intolerance
I have Fodmap Intolerance and quite probably Leaky Gut. These digestive enzymes have given me the ability to digest my food better, the first thing I have noticed is improved energy and less nausea and less anxiety. I have been able to eat very small amounts of prohibited foods, it's early days but the improvement was noticeable within a few days. The first 3 -4 days there was some gastric discomfort, but that was the gut adapting.

Has improved sleep quality
Has improved my quality of sleep, too early yet to say if it is helping with stress...I've only been taking it for 3 weeks.
