Great resource
Elizabeth David cookery books are always great resources and this is the best in depth bread book I've seen. There's much more information than the more modern books on the subject, many of which cover the same areas in less detail. Packed with recipes, but don't expect glossy photos, it's more a text book than a coffee table accessory.

Easy to use
The grip handle makes it easier to keep even tension and therefore gives a better quality crochet. It's also more comfortable in my hand for continuing use. I now use the grip handle crochet hooks whatever size I need, maybe specially useful for fine sizes

Cat loves them.
