Good Calendar but slightly expensive price.
The A3 size has enough room under each day to write appointments or a record of the day's events.
I usually buy one of these calendars in the High Street for less money but this year they were not available for 2023 so I bought it through ebay.

Lady Chatterley
This is a three and a half hour long, made for television version of D H Lawrence's novel. Very well acted with Joely Richardson as Lady Chatterley and Sean Bean as her husband's gamekeeper. It is directed by Ken Russell.
Lovely locations. It portrays very well the period immediately following the First World War. The four episodes allow time to feel as if you get to know all the characters involved so don't expect it to be too fast moving. It also shows passionate and erotic scenes so the DVD carries an 18 certificate.
I like 20th century period dramas and really enjoyed this one. I will hang on to this DVD as I would like to watch it again sometime.

Interesting and enjoyable.
This is a docu-drama of the lives of our present Queen's father and mother from their first meeting, their marriage, the abdication, his succession to the throne and their lives as King and Queen through the war years until his death in 1952.
James Wilby is excellent as King George V1 and the rest of the cast are very well chosen. Good attention to period detail. It should appeal to people interested in the British royal family during this period. If you enjoyed the film 'The Queen' you will probably like this one. I intend to keep this dvd and probably watch it again sometime.
Please note there is another dvd also called 'Bertie and Elizabeth' which is an hour long collection of film and newsreels about their lives and is NOT a drama. Be careful to order the one you want!
