  I purchased a pair of Fred glasses frames, but unfortunately, they didn’t fit properly. I contacted the seller on the same day I received them to request a return. The seller initially responded, stating they couldn’t process the return but then stopped replying to my messages. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.

  I believe your feedback is unfair. I’m happy to share a screenshot of my previous message to you. I clearly mentioned that I was away and offered to ship the item back once I returned. I also offered a partial refund if you preferred not to wait. I’ve been in touch with eBay, and we’ve agreed to accept your return in exchange, I request that you provide tracking information so I can monitor the return while I was away. as the glasses are expensive and rare. very disappointed to hear your comment
