Not happy about the product.

I bought this mattress with a hope to sleep better. To be honest I have even bigger back problems , when sleeping on this one. Seems to be comfortable , but isn't. I think the problem is that in most comfortable mattresses , they have something around mattress what stabilize. This one , because is packet this way , there is nothing to support and make it solid. Unfortunately need to buy another , different one.
