  We needed a new one of these navy blue table runners w/gold trim. Looks great year-round on our window sill w/blue velvet curtains. The Seller wasn't all that helpful when we thought it had been stolen from our mailroom. But I filed a report with help from the USPS, and it turned up soon thereafter.

  How could I be helpful to you when someone stole the item I shipped to you from your building? What did you expect me to do exactly? I did my part: packed the item really well and shipped it to you. That's the seller's part. How can a seller be responsible or helpful to a buyer, when the item is delivered and stolen because the buyer has a thief in the building. Interesting..
