    Seller refused to admit the data in the listing photo was wrong. It stated the item was 2.3cm in height but measured 2.8cm, despite me sending incontrovertible proof of the item measured in a vernier calliper. The listing has now been corrected. When the seller finally agreed to the refund, he claimed the item was not included in the packaging - fortunately I had taken a video of myself packing and sealing the envelope so eBay issued the refund. Beware this seller - he cannot be trusted.

    Firstly, there was an error in the listing, which has now been corrected. We promptly accepted the return, but upon receipt, we found the item missing. The buyer only returned the packaging and kept the item. We reached out regarding this issue, and eBay reviewed the situation and is siding with us. As a result, we retained the payment, proving that the buyer’s claim about eBay favouring them is false. We have sold many of these items without any complaints, but then again, there’s always one.
