  I gave a neutral score as communication with this seller was non existent despite my messages . The items tracking number didn’t work and the delivery took far longer than it should have . This made me contact eBay as I was concerned especially seeing the item I had bought was still listed for sale? That being said the item arrived beautifully packaged and is as described ( even with a lovely note and a chocolate!) but I still wouldn’t personally buy from this seller again .

  Seller was great, item fantastic value, but delivery was shocking (as usual by Evri) and expensive for time. late delivery (although here it does say seller didn't dispatch it until a week after I purchased) so ended up being abandoned in garden for 2 weeks. luckily all just plastic so have been able to dry it out.Seller was helpful with delivery issue, situation not helped by me not even being in the country.But overall positive result, I got what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay :-)

  I will not forget this Seller and am now Following her because I have never before received an item from a Seller on Ebay who took as much care as this Seller did. It wasn't an item of significant value but it arrived in lovely condition, smelt gorgeous, wrapped in beautiful crepe paper and (beat this) there was a Dairy Milk chocolate bar placed just inside the wrapping! Lovely! The presentation was second to none. If you want to make a mark, take a leaf out of this Seller's book.
