Great for automotive applications
I've used this thermometer to keep an eye on the temperature of the kennel in the back of my pickup. I have mounted it on the drivers door card and run the probe under the carpet to the kennel and I must say for £7.50, it's superb! Fits well and doesn't vibrate as long as you cut the hole carefully. Seems to be quite accurate too, compared with my £290 pipe thermometers, it's about 0.1 degree C out - that's pretty good!

Not good, avoid
1 of 1 found this helpful This battery has been fitted to a TD5 discovery for 10 months, and hooked up to an optimate during periods of not being used (lockdown). Its dead as a dodo and im having one last ditch attempt to recover it on a trickle charger but 2 days in and its still showing 12.2v. Do not buy this battery, its a waste of money.

I don't know how I managed without one
The oil valve is very well made, I was skeptic all at first with regards to leaks but I can safely say that it is oil right even without the secondary cap fitted. It makes draining and changing oil so much easier than before, no trays and splashes over the garage floor to catch the oil! A few have my friends have bought one since I fitted mine and they're all over the moon with them too!
