So I bought this mug rack about a month ago as it is didn’t come with enough hardware to even install all four racks and when I finally get the 4th one installed a month later I realize it didn’t even bring enough hooks so I wrote them to say I would even be willing to purchase more hooks and there response was it’s been to long you can buy another rack or check your local hardware store! These people are a joke and plain ridiculous I wouldn’t ever buy anything from people who aren’t willing to admit they are in the wrong buy taking my money instead of honoring there end of a transaction!
