Very hard, but very addicting
A favorite from my past. One of the hardest and simplest of the line, but one of the most wanted. :)

Exactly as it should
I got this and had it in the rifle 2.5 minutes after getting it out of the package. Just that easy, and I was taking my time to inspect it. When I bought my 10/22 new, I had no idea that the bolt didn't slide shut like an AR and every other semi auto rifle I've handled. In fact I thought mine was defective and almost took it back. But I did a search online to see if this was a common problem, only to find out Ruger built it like this on Purpose. Wasn't impressed! But in the same search I found write ups on how to customize the factory parts. I then found articles talking about Kidd parts like this bolt hold back auto release. I'm more of a DIY type, so at first I started looking for a cheap factory part to modify. But after looking around, it was just a little bit more, so I went for the Kidd, and do not regret it. I will say my only disappointment is that I couldn't find it in black, only the raw silver color. Might have it powder coated black later, but for now I'm happy.
