Pleasantly suprised
After receiving the subwoofer speaker and reading reviews from other people that owned it I hooked up the speaker to my Yamaha receiver and it sounded great. What's good about the Yamaha compatibility is that the speaker goes on and off when the receiver goes on and off and that's due to the trigger cable which is separate from the sound cable. Buyer beware if you do not own Yamaha receiver this function may not work for you but the speaker will still be usable by manually turning the speaker on and off. A main reason why I purchased the speaker was because of its size and because it can fit into cabinet areas which most subwoofer speakers will not. For the Yamaha user I suggest using the ypao mic hook up if you had one for your receiver once you receive the speaker and hook it up and adjusted to half volume on the speaker. It may play a little too loud if you hook it up directly without this change. Definitely a quality product as is my Yamaha receiver couldn't be more happier surround sound is magnificent with it glad I passed up on buying a Bose system or a soundbar.

Great product tricky to use. Try my advice. Would love to see how it works for you.
1 of 1 found this helpful After reading many reviews I decided to buy this product. I tried to learn the best ways to apply it. Some reviewers said that it didn't work for them. I Apply the product as it was described. In the beginning I had a lot of problems with it. But I figured out how it worked for me. I applied it with a hard bristled brush. I would apply 3 different Coats within a 1/2 an hour not letting it dry. The key to this is not doing too much at 1 time. I recommend about 10 ft² at a time. After the 3rd coat I give it about 5 minutes and then power wash With a fan spray holding the nozzle at least a foot and a 1/2 to 2' away From the surface. You do wanna wet the surface a little bit before you brush on the product as well. The product is caustic which means it is a very strong chemical that will burn you. The product is caustic which means it is a very strong chemical that will burn you. I can't stress enough to wear protection. I were rain gear and long latex gloves that were thick and
eye protection. Although some descriptions show people wearing paper masks I opted to wear a half face respirator with yellow cartridges. Do not cut corners when it comes to safety. Try not to use the product on windy days. Most of my project was vertical especially with the railings and stairway. Takes a lot of time and you need to be patient to do the right job. You will need to use a brightner to neutralize the product. I was definitely satisfied with the end result and found a gallon to be about $20. My project required 5 gallons. I thought it was gonna take 2. One person could probably apply a gallon per day. One person could probably apply a gallon per day.
