Very happy
Ordered and arrived very quickly so happy with that, as stated new and unopened, no damaged so very happy and works. I've had one previous so that's the reason why I bought another one as good quality cutter

Not stored properly
Just what I was after the right colour and everything and yes was new no bends or damage when received and colour was lovely and new, but I believe it was not stored properly and either moisture or the sun had effected the decal, difficult to peal of ready to apply on car and once applied left a sticky residue on the decal, which was difficult to remove, but came good in the end.
